Before You Write
A little preparation makes the conversation more useful for both sides. Here's what helps:
- Describe your space briefly. Which direction does it face? How many hours of sun does it get? Balcony, rooftop, or indoor?
- Mention what you want to grow. Herbs, salad greens, tomatoes? This helps us point you to the most relevant modules.
- Note any constraints. Weight limits, no-drill policies, shared spaces, or budget considerations are all useful context.
- Check the FAQ first. The homepage FAQ covers the most common questions — your answer may already be there.
